Hi! My name is Jacob Uwah and it took me 8 years to come to terms with my childhood trauma. Boy oh boy let me tell you, those were a long and hard 8 years. During that time, I not only learnt to valid my experience, I learnt more about my emotions, how to communicate them, and how I could take charge of having the life I wanted with the people I needed. My hope is to help anyone struggling from PTSD, CPTSP, Childhood Trauma or just wanting to be a better person.
